MINUTES

Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:20 a.m. on April 28, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gunther was excused.

A quorum was present.

Representative Murray moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on April 27, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Lanning moved that HF 554 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways & Means.

Representative Johnson testified on HF 554.

Chair Lanning renewed his motion that HF 554 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways & Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Benson moved HF 1331.

Representative Benson testified on HF 1331.

Chair Lanning laid over HF 1331 until it could be determined where the bill should be moved.

Representative Leidiger moved that HF 1376 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Leidiger moved the HF1376A2 amendment to HF 1376. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Leidiger moved that HF 1376, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Benson moved that HF 1331 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Banaian moved that HF 1506 be laid over for further consideration when a fiscal note is available.

Representative Banaian testified on HF 1506.

Representative Banaian moved the HF1506A1 amendment to HF 1506. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Banaian moved the HF1506A2 amendment to HF 1506, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Lanning laid over HF 1506, as amended, for further consideration when a fiscal note is available.

Representative Kahn moved that HF 1411 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Kahn testified on HF 1411.

Representative Kahn renewed her motion that HF 1411 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:57 a.m.
