MINUTES

Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:18 a.m. on February 9, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

All members were present.

Sue Gens, Executive Director of the Minnesota State Arts Board presented an overview of the State Arts Board.

A quorum was present.

Representative Gauthier moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 8, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Judy Plante, Assistant Commissioner for State Human Resources at Minnesota Management and Budget testified on the 2010 State Workforce Report.

Michael Fox, Director of the Minnesota Historical Society presented an overview of the Historical Society.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:01 a.m.

Meeting will adjourn at 11:30 a.m. Any bills not completed by that time will be added to Thursday's agenda.
