MINUTES
Representative Sarah Anderson, Chair of the Redistricting Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:20 AM on May 10, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Daudt moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on May 3, 2011, be approved.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Anderson moved HF1426 be recommended to pass and sent to the Rules and Legislative Administrative Committee.
Representative Anderson moved to amend HF1426 with the
H1426DE1 amendment.
Representative Anderson renewed her motion on the H1426DE1 amendment to HF1426
THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Public Testimony:
Adeel Lari, Burnsville, Minnesota, resident.
Representative Anderson passed the gavel to Representative Fabian at 11:00.
Representative Anderson assumed the gavel at 11:03.
Representative Anderson renewed her motion that HF1426, be recommended to pass, as amended, and sent to the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee.
Representative Murphy requested a roll call vote.
