MINUTES

Representative Abeler, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:43 P.M. on March 22, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Abeler called the meeting to order at 12:43 P.M.

A quorum was present.

Representative Liebling moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 21st, 2012, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2294 (Abeler) Group residential housing provider supplementary rate provided, general assistance program modified, and early childhood learning and child protection facilities modified.

Chair Abeler moved that HF2294 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Chair Abeler moved to incorporate the H2294DE2 amendment to HF2294. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
