MINUTES

Representative Abeler, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:34 P.M. on January 26, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gottwalt moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 24, 2012, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Jayne Rankin, Budget Director, MN Department of Human Services, presented the forecast changes from February 2011 to November 2011.

George Hoffman, Director of Reports and Forecast, MN Department of Human Services, presented the forecast briefing.

Angela Vogt, Executive Budget Officer, Minnesota Management and Budget, presented on the Health Care Access Fund.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:12 P.M.
