MINUTES
Representative Abeler, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:34 P.M. on February 1, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Anderson moved the minutes from the committee meeting on January 27, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Charity Floen, Steele County Social Services Director, and Andrea Zuber, Ramsey County Human Services Disability Program Manager, Association of Minnesota Counties and Minnesota Association of County Social Service Administrators, presented an overview on Waiver Services.
James Noble, Legislative Auditor, Jo Vos, Program Evaluator, Office of Legislative Auditor, Scott Leitz, Assistant Commissioner, Health Care Administration, Department of Human Services, and Chris Reisdorf, Manager of Benefit Policy Implementation, Health Care Administration, Department of Human Services, presented an overview of the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Audit Report.
James Noble, Legislative Auditor, and Joe Alter, Program Evaluator, Office of Legislative Auditor, presented an overview of Past Human Services Audit Reports.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:14 P.M.
