Representative Peppin, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the sixty fifth meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative O’Driscoll moved that the minutes of April 3, 2012 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1774 (Kriesel) Fireworks personal use authorized.
Representative Peppin moved that HF1774 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules Committee.
Chair Peppin moved the
H1774A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Winkler moved the
