MINUTES
Representative Denny McNamara, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Energy and Natural Resources called the ninth meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. on January 27, 2011, in the Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 8:15 a.m.

H.F. 72 (Beard) Carbon dioxide emissions by utilities ban removed.

Representative Beard moved that H.F. 72 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Commerce.

The committee heard public on H.F. 72. Representative McNamara moved to lay H.F. 72 over. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Drazkowski moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 26, 2011 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
