Representative Kelly moved HF2838 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Garofalo assumed the chair at 12:37 p.m.
Representative Garofalo laid over HF2838 for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
HF2917 (Quam) School district debt limits repealed.
Representative Quam moved HF2917 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Anzelc moved that the minutes of March 20, 2012 be adopted.
