Representative Garofalo, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. on March 11, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Brynaert moved that the minutes of March 10, 2011 be adopted.

HF669 (Loon) Early childhood education scholarship finance system created, early education worker training and retainment tax credits provided, early childhood education programming quality improved, and money appropriated.
