MINUTES

Representative Westrom, Chair of the Civil Law Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:40 PM on Thursday, March 22, 2012, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hilstrom moved for the approval of the Wednesday, March 21, 2012 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

SF 1934 (Davids) Township mutual fire insurance company combination policies regulated.

Representative Drazkowski moved that SF 1934, as amended, be recommended to pass and referred to the General Register.

Representative Drazkowski moved for the approval of the A12-0828 amendment.

Representative Drazkowski moved to orally amend the A12-0828 amendment as follows:
Delete Page 1 Line 3 and Page 1 Line 4. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Drazkowski renewed the motion to approve the amended A12-0828 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
