MINUTES

Representative Westrom, Chair of the Civil Law Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:41 PM on Monday, March 19, 2012, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lesch moved for the approval of the Monday, March 12, 2012 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Gruenhagen moved for the approval of the March 14, 2012 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2171 (Hackbarth) Game and fish; various provisions modified relating to licensing, civil liability, wolf hunting, wild animal hunting, department authority and duties, walk-in access program, predator control program, deer baiting, beaver removal, receipt disposition, venison donation program, snowmobile registration and operation, watercraft license fees, and shooting ranges; and money appropriated.

Representative Westrom moved that HF 2171 be recommended to pass and referred to the Environment Energy and Natural Resource committee.

Representative Westrom moved to orally amend HF 2171 as follows:
Delete Sect 1, 63 and 64. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Westrom moved to withdraw the A12-0761 amendment.

Representative Westrom moved for the approval of the A12-0769 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Hoppe moved for the approval of the A12-0775 amendment.
Representative Hoppe withdrew the A12-0775 amendment.

Representative Westrom renewed the motion that HF 2171, as amended, be recommended to pass and referred to Environment, Energy and Natural Resource committee.

Representative Drazkowski assumed the gavel at 1:43 p.m.

HF 2763 (Westrom) Time share interests registration provided.

Representative Drazkowski moved that HF 2763 be recommended to pass and referred to the General Register.

Representative Westrom moved for the approval of the A12-0754 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Hilty moved that HF 2447 be recommended to pass and referred to the General Register.

HF 2770 (Wardlow) Legislative enactments; erroneous, ambiguous, and omitted text and obsolete references corrected; redundant, conflicting, and superseded provisions removed; and miscellaneous corrections to laws, statutes, and rules made.

Representative Wardlow moved that HF 2770 be recommended to pass and referred to the General Register
