Representative Howes, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:34 PM on February 15, 2012, in Room10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Ward moved to approve the minutes from February 14, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard testimony on Minnesota Historical Society and Department of Public Safety overview.
