MINUTES
Representative Howes, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:35 PM on January 19, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Committee members and staff introduced themselves and Representative Howes covered the committee guidelines.
An overview of the bonding process was presented by Gay Greiter, Capital Budget Coordinator for Minnesota Management and Budget.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:20 PM
