Representative Paul Anderson, Vice Chair of the Agriculture & Rural Development Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:18 a.m. on February 15, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
A quorum was not present.

At 10:30 a.m. a quorum was present. Representative Joe Schomacker moved that the minutes of February 9, 2011 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
