Representative Tina Liebling, Vice-Chair of the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:42 P.M. on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Thissen moved that HF42 be taken off the table. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Thissen moved the H0042DE4-1 amendment.

Representative Thissen moved the H0042A3 amendment to the H0042DE4-1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Thissen moved the H0042DE4-1 amendment, as amended. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Thissen presented the bill.
