Representative Kent Eken, Chair of the Environment Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:40 PM, on February 23, 2010, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Eken invited the following people to testify on the new Pollution Control Agency septic system (SSTS) rules:

Representative McNamara moved that the minutes from February 18, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
