Representative Jim Davnie Chair of the Division, called the fourteenth meeting to order at 8:35 A.M. on April 24, 2009, in the basement room of the State Office Building.

Representative Davnie called the meeting to order at 8:35 A.M.
A quorum was present at 9:16 A.M.
Representative Davnie moved approval of HF2062 be recommended to be heard before the Labor and Consumer Protection division.
HF2062 (Lanning) Ladder Out of Poverty Task Force established membership and duties provided, and legislative appointments provided.
Representative Lanning presented his bill before the division members.
