Representative Joe Atkins, Chair of the Commerce and Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:40 P.M. on April 7, 2009, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

SF 1477 (Seifert) Redwood county Gilfillan Estate state building code limited exemption authority

Representative Davnie moved the Committee Report on SF 1477 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Zellers moved SF 1477.

Representative Zellers moved the S1477A3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Page 1, Line 18 delete " may be dismissed for just cause if the employee’s performance does not meet the appointing authority’s work or conduct expectations for the position to which the employee was demoted".
