MINUTES
Representative Winkler, Vice-Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:49 P.M. on February 17, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Bigham moved that the minutes of February 12, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF680 (Kalin) Second Engrossment - Federal stimulus funding allocated for energy programs
Representative Kalin moved that HF680 be heard and recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.
Representative Kalin and Wayne Waslaski, Department of Administration testified in support of HF680.
Representative Kalin renewed his motion that HF680 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:59 P.M.
