Helen Roberts, House Fiscal Analyst, gave an overview of the spreadsheet for HF 1781.
Mark Shepard, House Research, gave a summary of HF 1781.
Wayne Waslaski, Department of Administration and Beth Fraser, Office of the Secretary of State, responded to member questions on HF 1781.
