MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:52 P.M. on January 22, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Jim Nobles, Legislative Auditor, and Cecile Ferkul, Deputy Legislative Auditor, discussed financial management in state government.
Stephanie Andrews, Deputy Commissioner, and Lori Mo, Assistant Commissioner, both from the Department of Finance, discussed the Department’s internal controls and accountability measures.
Representative Downey moved that the minutes of January 13, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:22 P.M.
