Representative Michael Paymar, Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the thirteenth meeting to order at 8:33 a.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Ward moved the Public Safety Finance Division minutes from February 19, 2009. MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
A review was provided to committee members on the activities and 2010-2011 budget request made by the Minnesota Tax Court.
