Representative Michael Paymar, Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the tenth meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. Thursday, February 12, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Lesch moved the Public Safety Finance Division minutes from February 10, 2009. MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
