MINUTES
Representative David Olin, Vice-Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the sixth meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. Thursday, January 29, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

An informational hearing was provided to committee members on the Governor’s budget recommendations by the Minnesota Management and Budget Department.

An overview of Governor’s public safety finance recommendations was provided by Gary Karger, Fiscal Analyst with the Minnesota House of Representatives.
Rep. Hilstrom moved the Public Safety Finance Division minutes from January 22 and January 27, 2009. MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
