Vice- Chair Morgan, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:35 A.M. on March 10, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Morgan renewed the motion to adopt the "Committee Preliminary Recommendations Spreadsheet" to be incorporated into HF3015.
