Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on April 14, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Morgan moved Committee Bill coded PM110 be brought before the committee.

Chair Murphy presented Committee Bill PM110.

Representative Morgan moved PMA-42 as an amendment to Committee Bill PM110.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Morgan moved PMA-43 as an amendment to Committee Bill PM110.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Committee discussion on Committee Bill PM110, as amended.

Ron Soderberg, Fiscal Analyst, House Fiscal Department, presented the "Appropriations Tracking" Spreadsheet for Committee Bill PM110.

Public testimony was provided by the following individuals:

Committee discussion on Committee Bill PM110, as amended, continued.

Representative Torkelson moved an oral amendment to Committee Bill PM110:
Delete page 26, line 31 through page 29, line 4.
