Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 6:43 P.M. March 22, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.
James Nobles, Legislative Auditor, Office of the Legislative Auditor, and Jo Vos, Evaluation Manager, Office of the Legislative Auditor, presented the "Legislative Audit Report: Public Libraries."
A quorum was present at 6:46 P.M.
Karen Klinzing, Assistant Commissioner, Department of Education, presented the library’s response to the "Legislative Audit Report: Public Libraries."
Mark Holsten, Commissioner, Department of Natural Resources, Bob Meier, Assistant Commissioner, Department of Natural Resources, and Ed Boggess, Deputy Director, Fish and Wildlife, Department of Natural Resources, presented the Department of Natural Resources’ response to the "Legislative Audit Report: Natural Resources Land."
John Jaschke, Executive Director, Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, presented the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources response to the "Legislative Audit Report: Natural Resources Land."
James Nobles, Legislative Auditor, Office of the Legislative Auditor, and John Yunker, Evaluation Manager, Office of the Legislative Auditor, presented the Legislative Auditor’s response to questions and remarks on the "Legislative Audit Report: Natural Resources Land" from the Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, the Department of Natural Resources and the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources.
Public testimony on the "Legislative Audit Report: Natural Resources Land" was provided by the following individuals:

Representative Morgan moved the minutes of March 17, 2010 be adopted.
