MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the seventeenth meeting to order at 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity presented an update.

Chair Laine assumed the gavel at 11:00.
Representative Clark moved that HF1354 (Clark), Nonprofit housing bonds authorized, money appropriated, be laid over for possible recommendation to the Capital Investment Finance Division.

Representative Clark renewed the motion that HF1354 (Clark), Nonprofit housing bonds authorized, money appropriated, be laid over for possible recommendation to the Capital Investment Finance Division. Hearing no objection, the bill was laid over.
Representative Sailer moved that the minutes of March 11, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
