HOUSING POLICY AND FINANCE AND PUBLIC HEALTH FINANCE

MINUTES


Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the thirty-ninth meeting to order at 10:39 a.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.


Representative Morgan moved that HF 1354 (Clark), Nonprofit housing bonds authorized, and money appropriated, be returned to the Committee on Finance.

Representative Morgan moved an amendment to HF 1354 (See attached amendment H1354DE3).

Chair Clark moved an oral amendment to the H1354DE3 amendment as follows:

Page 2, line 16 Delete, "7,393,000"
Insert, "7,546,000"

Chair Clark renewed the motion that the amendment to the amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Morgan renewed the motion that the H1354DE3 as amended be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Morgan renewed the motion that HF 1354 (Clark), as amended, be returned the Committee on Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:57 a.m.
