Chair Wagenius called the meeting to order at 8:34 A.M. on March 10, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Bob Meier, Assistant Commissioner, Department of Natural Resources (DNR), testified on the 2010-2011 DNR budget. Also testifying were:

Dave Epperly, DNR Director of Forestry
Representative Hortman moved the minutes of March 5. The motion prevailed and the minutes are approved.
The committee adjourned at 10:00 A.M.
