Rep. Brynaert moved approval of the minutes of February 24, 2010. The motion prevailed. The minutes were adopted.

HF3125 (Hilty) Route permits for high-voltage transmission lines granting regulated.
Rep. Hilty moved that HF3125 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Rep. Hilty moved the
H3125DE1 Amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
Rep. Hilty explained the DE1 amendment.
Bob Eleff, House Research, explained the DE1 amendment.
