Representative Bill Hilty, Chair, called the forty-sixth meeting to order at 10:49 p.m. on April 15, 2010 in the Basement hearing room of the State office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Hackbarth moved approval of the minutes of April 14, 2010. The motion prevailed.The minutes were adopted.

HF3251 (Lillie) Portable electronics insurance regulated.

The chair moved that HF3251 be recommended to pass and returned to the Committee on Finance.

The chair moved the H3251A3 amendment. The motion prevailed. The A3 amendment was adopted.

The chair renewed his motion that that HF3251 as amended be recommended to pass and returned to the committee on Finance. The motion prevailed. The bill was passed.

SF1537 (Clark) Energy facility definition amended.

The chair moved that SF1537 be recommended to pass and returned to the Committee on Finance.

The chair moved the S1537DE1 amendment.

The chair incorporated the following amendment:

Line 3.15, delete 216.B and insert 216.C

The motion prevailed. The DE1 amendment as amended was adopted.

Rep. Clark explained the bill.

Rep. Hilty moved the S1537A3 amendment. The motion prevailed. The A3 amendment was adopted.

Rep. Westrom requested a roll call on the amendment.

There being 9 ayes and 9 nays the motion failed. The amendment was not adopted.

Voting in the negative: Hilty, Falk, Atkins, Bly, Brynaert, Kalin, Kulick Jackson, Persell, and Sailer.
