Representative Bev Scalze, Vice Chair of the Capital Investment Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 2:52 on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

HF 855 (Hausman) Omnibus Capital Investment Finance bill.

Rep. Hausman moved that HF 855 as amended be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.

Rep. Hausman moved to amend HF 855, the A09-0294 Delete Everything Amendment, with the H0855A5 amendment, see attached. MOTION PREVAILED

Rep. Dean moved to amend HF 855, the A09-0294 delete everything amendment with the H0855A4 amendment, see attached. AMENDMENT WITHDRAWN

Rep. Davids moved to amend HF 855, the A09-0294 delete everything amendment with the H0855A3 amendment, see attached. AMENDMENT WITHDRAWN

Rep. Hausman moved that HF 855 as amended be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance. MOTION PREVAILED

HF 2134 (Hausman) Asset preservation for various state agencies and higher education facilities funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Rep. Hausman moved that HF 2134 be recommended to pass and returned to the Committee on Finance. MOTION PREVAILED

Rep. Carlson moved approval of the minutes from March 30th 2009. MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:22 p.m.
