MINUTES
Representative Marquart, Chair of the Division, called meeting to order at 1:06 PM on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
Committee Legislative Assistant Paul Cumings noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Lanning moved approval of the minutes for Wednesday, January 21, 2009. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Marquart, Chair of the Division, gave an overview of the schedule for the committee. He also led a brief discussion concerning the budget priorities for Tax Aids and Credits. In addition, he gave an overview of the working groups in which he set up for this session.
Representative Marquart, Chair of the Division, adjourned the meeting at 1:35 PM.
