Representative Faust moved that SF3379 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Representative Eken presented SF3379.
Representative Faust renewed his motion that SF3379 pass and be placed on the General Register.

HF2227 (Marquart) Minnesota Innovation and Research Council established, powers and duties council imposed, and money appropriated.
Representative Solberg moved that HF2227 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.
Representative Marquart presented HF2227.
Representative Solberg renewed his motion that HF2227 pass and be placed on the General Register.

HF3796 (Lanning) FEMA Public Assistance Program money appropriated.
Representative Solberg moved that HF3796 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.
Representative Lanning presented HF3796.
Representative Solberg renewed his motion that HF3796 pass and be placed on the General Register.
THE MOTION PREVAILED
HF3832 (Carlson) Health and human services contingent appropriations made.
Representative Solberg moved that HF3921 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.
Bill Marx, Fiscal Analyst presented HF3921.
Kristin Dybyal, State Budget Director testified on behalf of HF3921.
Representative Solberg renewed his motion that HF3921 pass and be placed on the General Register.
