Representative Sertich, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 9:38 a.m. Wednesday May 13, 2009 in Room 118 Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Loeffler moved the minutes from the Tuesday May 12, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved that HF 2380, the Revisor’s Correction Bill, be recommended to pass and be sent to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Kulick Jackson testified to the motion.
Representative Sertich moved the Proposed Supplemental Calendar for the Day for Wednesday May 13, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the time parameters of 1 hour for SF 550 the Omnibus Energy Policy Conference Committee Report, 1 hour for SF 2083 the Omnibus Higher Education Appropriations Conference Committee Report, 1 hour for SF 2082 the Omnibus State Government Appropriations Conference Committee Report, 1 hour for HF 855 the Omnibus Bonding Bill Conference Committee Report, 1 hour for HF 2 the Omnibus K-12 Education Bill Conference Committee Report, 1 hour for HF 1122 the Omnibus Agriculture and Veterans Affairs Conference Committee Report, 1 hour for HF 1053, 1 hour for HF 1351, 1 hour for SF 2141, 15 minutes for HF 17, and 15 minutes for SF 1028.
Representative Seifert moved to orally amend the time parameters to read 1 hour and thirty minutes for HF 2 the Omnibus K-12 Education Bill Conference Committee Report. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Sertich renewed the time parameters motion with the oral amendment incorporated. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was recessed at 9:42 a.m.
