Representative Sertich, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 12:53 P.M., Wednesday, March 10, 2010, in Room 400N of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Peterson moved that the minutes of March 8, 2010, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Chair Sertich moved the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Thursday, March 11, 2010, be adopted and that 15 minutes each for H.F. 3017, H.F. 2599, H.F. 3038, and S.F. 2259 be established for discussion. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Chair Sertich requested input from Representative Winkler relative to the time needed for discussion of his bill, H.F. 3108.
Chair Sertich moved that 45 minutes be allotted for discussion of H.F. 3108. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Chair Sertich moved that 30 minutes be the time parameter for H.F. 2700, the omnibus bonding bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED
The meeting was adjourned at 12:55 P.M.
