Representative Sertich, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 12:55 P.M., on Monday, February 22, 2010, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Zellers moved that the minutes of February 17, 2010, be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED
Chair moved that 15 minutes be set for discussion of Consent Calendar items and 1 hour be allotted for the conference committee report for H.F. 2700.
Discussion followed motion of the Chair.
Chair moved that along with the 15 minutes of discussion for Consent Calendar bills the discussion for H.F. 2700 conference committee report be doubled to 2 hours. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Meeting was recessed at 1:00 P.M.
