Representative Sertich, Chair of Committee on Rules and Administration, called the meeting to order at 12:06 p.m. Tuesday Februray 24, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Howes moved the minutes from the February 19, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the Proposed Calendar for the Day, Thursday February 26, 2009. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the time parameters of 45 minutes for HF598 and 45 minutes for HF334. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the PM-RULES 43 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL, THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
Representative Mary Liz Holberg testified to the amendment.
Representative Sertich moved the PM-RULES 41 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL, THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
Representative Sara Anderson testified to the amendment.
