Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order on February 22, 2008 at 10:00 A.M, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Hilty moved adoption of the minutes dated February 29, 2008.

Representative Solberg requested that Representative Swails chair the committee so he could present HF3055.
