Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at 8:00 am, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hilstrom moved that the minutes of April 14, 2008 be adopted.

Intent to participate in greenhouse gas emission cap and trade program established, studies required, and money appropriated.

Representative Solberg moved that HF3195 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Representative Knuth presented HF3195.

Representative Solberg renewed his motion that HF3195 pass and be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED

HF615 (Walker)
Responsible family life and sexuality education programs provided, information on certain immunizations required, and money appropriated.

Representative Solberg moved that HF615 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Representative Walker presented HF615.

Representative Solberg renewed his motion that HF615 pass and be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED

SF3337 (Hilty)
Greenhouse gas emissions reduction goals policies development process

Representative Hilty moved that SF3337 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Representative Hilty presented SF3337.

Representative Hilty renewed his motion that SF3337 pass and be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED
