Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order on April 2, 2008 at 6:20 pm, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative McNamera moved that the minutes of April 1 be adopted.

Health care programs increased, provisions modified, subsidies provided, Minnesota Health Insurance Exchange, and Health Care Transformation Commission established, Section 125 plan offer required, standard created, and money appropriated.
Representative Huntley moved that HF3391 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Representative Huntley moved to amend HF3391 as follows: see
