Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M on April 30, 2007 in Room 10 State Office Bldg.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

SF145 (Hilty) Community based energy development; greenhouse gas emission reduction plan

Representative Hilty moved that SF145 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Representative Hilty presented his bill to the committee.

Representative Solberg moved the HF2253 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.

Representative Peterson presented his bill to committee members.

Mike Bull, Assistant Commissioner of Commerce testified in favor of HF2253.

Representative Solberg renewed his motion that HF2253 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Ed Boggess, Dep. Director of DNR Fish and Wildlife division testified on behalf of HF1116.
