Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:08 A.M. on April 9, 2008 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dill renewed his motion that HF3538 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

Representative Lanning moved HF3855 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

HF3855-Lanning-Regional emerging investment fund credit and a seed capital investment credit allowed, and commissioner duties imposed.

Representative Lanning moved amendment H3855DE2 (ATTACHED). THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Lanning renewed his motion that HF3855 be laid over as amended for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

Representative DeLaForest renewed his motion that HF3632 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

Representative Demmer moved the minutes from Monday, April 7, 2008, and Tuesday, April 8, 2008. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE MINUTES WERE ADOPOTED.
