JOINT TAX AND PROPERTY AND SALES TAX DIVISION COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Tom Tillberry called the meeting to order at 10:02 A.M. on Wednesday, February 21, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

John Hagen (Assistant Director, Property Tax Division, Department of Revenue), Gary Amundson (Regional Representative, Property Tax Division, Department of Revenue), and Steven Skoog (Becker County Assessor) presented the Department of Revenue Assessment and Classification Procedures Report on residential use properties including seasonal residential recreational and residential homestead and nonhomestead property.
A quorum was present at 10:09 A.M.
Representative Lenczewski assumed the gavel at 10:49 A.M.
Steven Hurni (Regional Representative, Property Tax Division, Department of Revenue) and Carol Schutz (Chippewa County Assessor) presented the Department of Revenue Assessment and Classification Procedures Report on lands enrolled in state or federal conservation programs.
Representative Simpson moved approval of minutes for Tuesday, February 20, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:32 A.M.
