Representative Liebling moved HF0454 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.
Tim Madigan (Faribault City Administrator) testified on HF0454.
Representative Liebling moved the SCS0411A-1 amendment (attached). THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF01054 Morgan Burnsville special tax increment financing districts authorized.
Representative Atkins moved HF01054 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.
Mayor Elizabeth Kautz (City of Burnsville), Tammy Omdal (Burnsville Deputy City Manager) and Craig Ebeling (Burnsville City Manager) testified on HF1054.

Representative Erhardt moved approval of minutes for Wednesday, February 21, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1167 Lillie North St. Paul tax increment financing district transfers authorized, and time period to expend revenues extended.
Representative Marquart moved HF1167 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

Scott Duddeck (North St. Paul Fire Chief and Community Service Manager) testified on HF1167.
