Representative Ann Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:04 A.M. on Wednesday, January 10, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Solberg moved approval of minutes for Monday, January 8, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Joel Michael (House Research), Cynthia Templin (House Fiscal Analysis) and Nina Manzi (House Research) provided a briefing on income taxes and sales taxes.
Jack Mansun (Department of Revenue) answered questions relating to income taxes.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:27 A.M.
