Representative Mullery, Chair, called the meeting to order at 12:40 P.M. on Thursday, February 8, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative DeLaForest moved to amend the Minutes for February 1, 2007, as follows:
Page 2, fourth paragraph, delete "THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED" and insert "THE COMMITTEE TOOK NO ACTION ON THE MOTION"
Page 2, fifth paragraph, delete ", as amended,"
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative DeLaForest moved approval of the Minutes for February 1, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED AS AMENDED.
Representative Simon moved approval of the Minutes for February 6, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
