Representative Cy Thao called the meeting to order at 6:40 P.M. on, Wednesday, March 21, 2007 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

HF399 (Rukavina) Long-Term Care Patient Access to Pharmaceuticals Act established, and penalties provided.

Rep. Thao moved the A07-0502 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Thao renewed his motion that HF399, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Thao moved that HF408 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.

HF408 (Rukavina) Independent living skills services provided by certain additional qualified people, and Centers for Independent Living regulated.

Rep. Thao moved the A07-0480 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
